Business Analyst - Sourcing Analyst Job in Bangalore at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the position of Business Analyst - Sourcing Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on supplier development and new supplier identification
• Anticipate potential problems and risks, and generates ideas, insight and solutions to resolve or “head off” potential problems, followed by decisive action to implement solutions
• Design & drive supplier strategies
• Drive crucial and challenging negotiations
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve conflict
• Analyze supplier’s capabilities with respect to the requirement and guide them for business requirements
• Ensure all required information are set up to drive smoothly the downstream process (procurement process)
• Work during European timings and flexible for any time as per the need

Requirements:

• University graduate in Engineering
• Rich experience in Sourcing Specifically Electrical
• Strong technical knowledge of commodities, drawings and specifications
• Good command over English language (Speaking, Reading and Writing)
• Good understanding of Global suppliers in the region
• Post Graduate with Supply Chain & Procurement certifications like CPM/CPIM
• Good command over any SAP module (preferably PMX)
