Cisco is hiring for the role of Business Analyst/Software Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Part of Decision Enablement Projects team to support CX Large & Sophisticated deals globally.
• Support My Deal Manager (MDM) Service cost model for different service offers and monetization types by working closely with Global Delivery Organizations, CX Product Management and BU Product Management team.
• Provide analysis for global service delivery costs by region, by technology and by CX offer.
• Communicating results and providing recommendations (through reports, presentations & dashboards) in a manner that integrates analyses into business decisions.
• Managing communications through internal collaboration platforms & tools

Requirements:

• MBA, bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science or related field
• 4+ years of relevant Finance or operation analytics experience in a dynamic technology environment
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Emphasis on Services financials.
• Experience in Java, PLSQL, Python and Oracle.
• Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc) with the ability to manipulate, extract, analyze and report large data sets.
• Exposure to Bookings, Revenue, COGS and Install Base.
• Exposure to Business Objects [FinBI required]
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
