Infosys is hiring for the role of Business Analyst-Risk Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding the Global Risk domain in the banking and financial services industry.
• Liquidity Domain, Liquidity Risk, Treasury.
• Preparing requirements, solution documents, and high-level design documents.
• Supporting IT teams in issue resolution around the agreed solution to ensure that the release schedule remains on track and that functional issues are solved through appropriate, agreed solutions.
• Driving the detailed design activity for implementation of the change requests.

Requirements:

• Min 2 to 5 yrs. experience as a Business/System Analyst/ SME role.
• Willingness to work on Techno functional role.
• Relevant industry certificates are highly valued.
• Experience working in at least one of the areas of Global Risk, including but not limited to GRC, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Regulatory Reporting, etc.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Exposure towards contributing to thought leadership initiatives e.g. writing white papers or industry points of view.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is a plus.
• Exposure to working in agile methodology. Exposure to using industry-accepted tools for agile methodology – JIRA / Rally.
• Techno-functional skills like PLSQL and development experience will be a plus.
