Genpact is hiring for the role of Business Analyst - Pricing Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• SAP ERP System: Proficiency in SAP for pricing and invoice management.
• Knowledge is required around (i) Daily Price and Invoice Audit (ii) Price Reconciliation & Price Master Sheet Audit (iii) Market Pricing Developments (iv) Revenue Accounting Reconciliation (v) SAP Price Management and (vi) Issue Resolution
• Understanding of revenue accounting principles and month-end accrual processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation for auditing and reporting.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Time management and ability to meet month-end deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Clear and professional communication.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and ensure alignment with approved pricing.
• Investigating and resolving pricing issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain audit trails and master files with precision
•  Experience in manufacturing or metals industry – Familiarity with industry-specific pricing models and market indices like Platts.
• Ability to interpret and develop pricing sheets based on market indices.
• Understanding of metal pricing tools and how they integrate with SAP.
• Awareness of internal controls and audit requirements.
