Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Conduct a thorough analysis of existing operating models, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement
• Identify potential digital solutions for potential challenges or as per business requirements
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business users
• Run large data platforms and other related programs to provide business intelligence support
• Translate business requirements into effective visualizations using various data sources
• Create data models, DAX calculations, and custom measures to support business analytics needs
• Optimize performance and ensure data accuracy in Power BI reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data connections, transformations, and visualizations
• Stay up-to-date with Power BI features and best practices
• Train end-users on using Power BI for self-service analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 2-8 years of experience as a Power BI Developer
• Certification in Power BI is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
