Business Analyst - P&C Insurance (R&D) Job in Bangalore at Sapiens International Corporation

Sapiens International Corporation is hiring for the role of Business Analyst - P&C Insurance (R&D)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with the product owner and product management team to support the development and enhancement of Sapiens Intelligence (Data & Analytics).
• Responsible for gathering and analyzing data, gathering requirements, assisting with market research, and contributing to the overall product strategy.
• Collaborate with data professionals to gather, document, and refine user requirements & mapping.
• Create documentation for requirements and design.

• Contribute to effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work as a core representative to project teams.

Requirements:

• MBA, Post Graduation equivalent
• 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Intermediate knowledge of insurance concepts in one area – P&C/RI
• SQL Intermediate level
• Understanding of product management principles and methodologies
• Prior experience in product management or related roles
• Moderate familiarity with Insurance – Data & Analytics product & implementation. In Sapiens, the candidate will be working on Sapiens Intelligence components – Data Connector, Digital Information Hub (SmartStore, Datahub) & Business Analytics (InfoMaster)
• Moderate familiarity with any Insurance PAS system, having Sapiens Core PAS knowledge will be
• Working understanding of data concepts (RDBMS & Data Mart Models), including data types, databases, and data structures
• Working familiarity with data analysis techniques, data visualization, and statistical concepts
