Genpact is hiring for the role of Business Analyst, Instructional Designer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create training courses for various audiences while applying the appropriate adult learning approach. 
• Liaise with cross-functional learning teams within the organization. 
• Consult with SMEs and client on requirements, needs analysis, and solutioning for every training request. 
• Manage the life cycle of training inventory from creation to inactivation using the required workflow. 
• Create training/project plans, monitor project progress, set deadlines, and evaluate performance. 
• Manage customer communication and SME interactions. 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Perform quality checks and course testing. 
• Develop blended course materials including animated PPT modules, WBTs, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, interactive practice activities, job aids and quick reference guides using development tools. 
• Adapt to the learners’ needs and use best practices to produce quality training for specified target audience. 

Requirements:

• Graduate with good years of experience working on projects alone and/or with a team. 
• Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies 
• Exceptional comprehension, writing, and research skills 
• Knowledge of rapid authoring tools like Articulate (Storyline and Rise) 
• Analytical Ability-- Ability to conceptualize training needs/content and design. 
• Communication skills – ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team. 
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines. 
• People management / coordination skills
