Amazon is hiring for the role of Business Analyst II!
Responsibilities of the Candidate :
- Ensuring a fair marketplace in which all vendors must comply with both legal standards and our company policies by analyzing data, discovering and solving real-world problems, and building metrics and business cases to improve customer experience.
- Identifying process and system improvement opportunities by monitoring existing metrics, analyzing data, and partnering with many internal teams.
- Designing and developing automated reporting solutions to enable stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.
- Making decisions by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of tax, finance, or related analytical field experience
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience with Excel
- Proven experience writing scripts using SQL, extracting and analyzing the data to provide precise reports to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proven superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives.
