Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform detailed business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, focusing on uncovering underlying issues that hinder performance.
• Conduct an in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identifying pain points, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within current workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and design future-state processes that align with the project objectives and organizational goals, ensuring a strategic approach to process redesign.
• Document and communicate proposed changes, ensuring that there is a shared understanding among project teams regarding the intended modifications.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and understanding to bridge the gap between business needs & technical solutions.

Requirements:   

• MBA degree is a must have
• Certification in Business Analysis from IIBA and/ or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a plus
