SquadStack is hiring for the role of Business Analyst - I!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Monitor business KPIs and build an in-depth understanding of the business across the entire data funnel, suggesting key growth opportunities.
• Automate and optimize processes to reduce the time spent
• Empower teams across the organization by making data features accessible to relevant stakeholders
• Run product experimentation across the funnel and do continuous rounds of A/B testing to understand user behavior and optimize the business metrics.
• Create compelling visual representations of data, automate reports & setup alerts to enhance the consumption of data at the best moments
• Work with various stakeholders during strategy development and conversion efforts to identify and fulfill data/analytical needs
• Convert a business problem into a data problem and have an intuition of how can it be productized

Requirements:

• Intermediate SQL proficiency and experience in writing highly optimized SQL queries on very large relational databases
• Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of our BI platforms, database schemas, ETLs, and business logic with an ability to apply critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis
• Demonstrated analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business decisions
• Ability to break down larger questions into smaller executable problems and communicate closure deadlines
• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree mandatory. Degrees in computer science statistics or mathematics preferred
• Experience in Python
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-task environment
• Strong work ethics and being a Manager of ‘One’
