Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop insights that will help business and operation teams to take strategic decisions that will impact top line or bottom line for the company
• Work with cross-functional leaders to understand their data needs and partner with them to build data solutions
• Transform data into actionable business information, and will make it readily accessible to stakeholders worldwide
• Use data to support ideas, drive actionable outcomes, and provide unique ways to present data and information in an easy to consume format
• Find root causes, trends, and patterns and how they impact business.
• Draw inferences and conclusions, create dashboards and visualizations of processed data
• Be very comfortable juggling competing priorities and handling ambiguity
• Thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment on highly visible projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• 1+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience
• 2+ years of complex Excel VBA macros writing experience
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with SQL or ETL
• Experience working with Tableau
• Experience using very large datasets
