Genpact is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Must have an understanding of basic HR concepts in HR Planning and Operations.
• Understand the complexities of data preparation/data modeling necessary for visualization purposes.
• Gather reporting requirements from various stakeholders, architect the solution/report, analyze the source data, and deliver the reports in a timely manner.
• Strong expertise in designing intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI for data-driven decisions.
• Performance monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimization of dashboards.
• Knowledge of connecting to multiple data sources through Power BI is required.

• Superb communication and negotiation skills.
