Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Market Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and industry benchmarks to inform strategic recommendations.
• Data Analysis:
  • Gather, validate, and analyze data from various sources to draw actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for tracking key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Strategic Planning:
  • Assist in the development of strategic initiatives and long-term business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate data-driven strategies for business growth and optimization.
• Financial Analysis:
  
  • Evaluate financial data, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support financial modelling and forecasting efforts to aid strategic decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations to communicate analysis findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
• Process Improvement:
  
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Work closely with operational teams to streamline workflows and optimize business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within a strategy or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is desirable.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with strategic frameworks and business modelling concepts.
