Antier Solutions is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support projects and initiatives in the realm of Finance and Blockchain

• An ideal candidate should have thorough knowledge of:
• Good Knowledge of Financial Markets ( Primary Markets and Secondary Markets)
• Financial Product Lifecycle ( Lifecycle of Equities, Bonds)
• Good Knowledge of Business Analysis Methodologies
• Good Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle
• Good Analytical skills + structured problem-solving skills. Should be able to step in on open ended analytics problems and provide solutions and ideas on what's possible
• Advanced usage of MS Excel

Key Responsibilities:

• Create Business Requirement Document on the basis of client requirements
• Create Functional Requirement Documents and Use cases
• Independently manage and create success stories in assigned projects ( From Initiation to Completion)
• Work on 2-3 critical projects to improve processes / operations function.
• Should be able to carry out primary and secondary market research.
• Should be able to do SWOT analysis, Business Plan writing, Token-Economics
• Should be able to develop a growing understanding of our technology & keep up with other industry development
• Should be hungry for results and achievement.
• Should have positive attitude towards work and should be goals driven.
