Business Analyst Consultants Internship in Chennai at iLink Digital

iLink Digital is hiring for the role of Business Analyst Consultants!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conducts necessary analytical interviews with users, visits sites to identify their requirements, searches for similar studies done by the client, and analyzes the technical solutions to meet requirements
• Able to collect the required data for new projects by conducting interviews with business owners, end users, and decision-makers
• Liaise with Offshore Business Owners to ensure that all business process requirements are clearly defined, integrated, and in line with the Company approved IT strategy
• Analyze proposed business process changes that might impact the existing IT systems and requirements and provide recommendations
• Follow new emerging trends in IT systems and the IT industry
• Identify the business requirements for new projects (like user interface, budget, hardware, software,…. etc)
• Study and analyze the user's request, background, and business functions including methods, procedures, and manuals and identify the Critical Success Factors (CSF)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis.
• Knowledge of the Business Analysis Process.
• Able to develop State of Requirements (SOR), Project Charter, and Scope of Work (SOW).
• Knowledge of how to Develop a Business case for any Business Unit IT requirements.
• Able to develop a project schedule (Including tasks, time for each task, work breakdown, resources required, completion time, and critical paths).
• Basic Awareness of different types of Business and Technical Solutions (ERP, Well Integrity, Permit to Work, …etc).
• Awareness of IT Teams' roles in infrastructure, client support, Solution Development, and security.
• Knowledge of how to do Technical feasibility for the new projects.
