Airtel is hiring for the role of Business Analyst: CEO Office - Homes Broadband!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the content of information flowing in and out of the CEO's office, correspondence and presentations for the CEO, and other executive support as needed.
• With your personable, reliable, diplomatic, and professional demeanour, you will liaise between the CEO senior management personnel and other associates beyond the function.
• The role requires managing cross-functional leadership as you would have exposure to all LOBs (Network/CE/Marketing/Delivery). 
• You will anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively bring together appropriate people and resources to support the CEO in addressing issues.
• Your operational excellence will be utilized in independently managing and executing a variety of routine and complex administrative duties in support of the day-to-day operations of the CEO's office.
• You will act as a lead in preparation for AMB reviews, and EC Meetings, including tracking, monitoring and following up on open action items; drafting the agenda and producing accurate and timely AMB & EC meeting minutes at each meeting.
• You will work proactively to ensure that all strategic projects and policies are followed up and completed promptly ensuring high-quality delivery.
• You will choreograph complex projects, and events and ensure that all facets of discussions are flawless.
• Your detailed and thorough analytical skills and attention to detail will be utilized in creating reports from data collected from various key stakeholders and presenting them in a format most relevant for the purpose.
• You will also be expected to add value to the assignments by your sheer intellect.
• You will, with your strong sense of judgment and confidentiality, handle sensitive and confidential material and matters strictly by policy and instructions.
• You would be required to have sound technical knowledge as you would have an opportunity to be actively involved in new product launches.

Requirements:

• Tier I MBA / PGDBM
• At least 3-6 Years of Experience.
