Flowserve is hiring for the role of Business Analyst,Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Engage business users and system experts to gather requirements for interfaces with Windchill, and translate those requirements into system configuration and design.
• Utilize reliable and thorough PLM application and process knowledge.
• Fully document functional specifications, system design, test plans, test scripts, and results.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand the application architecture, support the development and deployment of PLM applications and functionality, and identify and resolve system issues.
• Complete data migrations and loads to Windchill environments, including loading data from files.
• Work closely with other system teams to design and implement integrations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Flowserve teams to manage projects and enhancements, test software, and troubleshoot software issues.
• Collaborate with the deployment and system documentation teams to properly document and deploy systems and enhancements, including training requirements.
• Consult on integration and conversion activities, recommending redesign or redevelopment of applications where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline with an Information Technology focus.
• 2+ years of experience as a PLM business analyst or in a similar role with responsibilities including working with the business to gather requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Good knowledge of at least one ERP system, particularly SAP, Oracle, or Great Plains.
• Experience performing data migrations and loading data to Windchill from files.
• Functional knowledge of Windchill PLM, including experience with various object types, workflow processes, and integration tools such as ESI and ERP Connector.
• Experience in defining user stories with acceptance criteria and building test cases, including end-user training.
