Bajaj Electricals is hiring for the role of Business Analyst Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidates:
- Drive revenue growth by analyzing revenue data, order intake data, product mix data, and channel data
- Capture and propose value enablers through continuous engagement with the revenue team
- Enhance funnel adoption by analyzing data from the discipline, revenue, and process perspectives
- Design customer engagement initiatives based on potential opportunities
- Develop tools to manage, monitor, and sustain profitable revenue growth
- Train and support the team on driving revenue growth
- Drive GeM revenue growth through the process and portal adaptation
Requirements:
- BE/BTech (any) or MBA/PGDM (any)
- 3-5 years of work experience in data analysis, strategy, CRM, and B2B sales process
- Preferred experience in the lighting industry
- Willingness to travel across markets
