Paytm is hiring for the job role of Business Analyst - Assistant Manager!
- Responsible for analyzing raw data, Manipulate, Cleanse and Process data using a combination of database Hive/SQL
- Working closely with Product and Business stakeholders to empower data-driven decision-making and generate insights that will help grow the key metrics.
- Drive execution quickly on projects including having the ability to follow up.
- Responsible for performing data-driven analytics to generate business insights.
- Reporting Skills, Forecasting, Quantitative Diagnosis, Analyzing Information, Statistical Analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience with SQL and Advanced Excel.
- Understanding the broad range of Paytm data resources, and knowing the right ones to use for the analytical problems at hand.
- Identifying data needs and driving data quality improvement projects.
- Must be highly proficient with MS Excel, SQL, and other statistical tools.
- Experience in big data technologies like Hive is preferred.
- Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau.
- An ability to think quantitatively and qualitatively about operating processes and outcomes.
