Xiaomi is hiring for the role of Business Analyst - Aftersales Services!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Study, analyze, and understand business requirements in the context of business intelligence and design data models to convert raw data to meaningful insights.
• Design, develop, and deploy an efficient automation framework for the dashboard/ reports deployment pipeline on Power BI.
• Perform data profiling and root cause analysis to identify and understand anomalies. As appropriate, work with management and IT to address these issues.
• Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning, and optimization of reports/dashboards.
• Conduct complex analysis of business performance, interpret the results, and summarize opportunities for improvement.
• Create algorithms to extract meaningful information from large datasets.
• Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Perform ad-hoc activities with Data whenever required by the Management.

Requirements:

• Experience with BI Tools such as Power BI.
• Ability to write clean and optimized SQL queries.
• Experience with data preparation and ETL tools like Power Query.
• Perform DAX queries, M-code, and functions in Power BI.
• Ability to interpret data and produce significant insights.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
