Business Analyst (Accounting) Job in Mumbai at Revolut

Revolut is hiring for the role of Business Analyst (Accounting)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Supporting the integration of new business initiatives into a finance ecosystem
• Translating business objectives into detailed functional and technical requirements used by engineers to build finance applications
• Documenting end-to-end delivery processes of new applications/features into playbooks to maximize repeatability and scalability
• Building solid relationships with product teams
• Performing gap analysis to identify root causes and escalate issues and risks to appropriate parties
• Liaising with stakeholders and team members across various locations and time zones

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of all stages of the change program life cycle, from initiation and design to post-implementation
• Extensive project change/business analysis experience (with exposure to both tactical and strategic solutions)
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified/part-qualified
• Impressive data analysis skills (intermediate SQL) with the ability to write queries for data analysis, interrogation, and report design
• A detailed understanding of banking IT systems, including trade/transaction processing workflows, from booking to GL entries
• The ability to work independently with minimal need for guidance/supervision
