Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor business KPIs and build an in-depth understanding of the business across the entire data funnel, suggesting key opportunities for growth.
• Automating and optimizing processes to reduce the time spent.
• Empower teams across the organization by making data features accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Run product experimentation across the funnel and do continuous rounds of A/B testing to understand user behavior and optimize the business metrics.
• Create compelling visual representations of data, automate reports & setup alerts to enhance the consumption of data at the best moments.
• Work with various stakeholders during strategy development and conversion efforts to identify and fulfill data/analytical needs.
• Convert a business problem into a data problem and have an intuition of how can it be productized.

Requirements:

• Intermediate SQL proficiency and experience in writing highly optimized SQL queries on very large relational databases.
• Ability to quickly gain a deep understanding of our BI platforms, database schemas, ETLs, and business logic with an ability to apply critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.
• Demonstrated analytical skills, combined with business judgment and ability to influence business decisions.
• Ability to break down larger questions into smaller executable problems and communicate closure deadlines.
