Arzoo is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collate, analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
• Segment customers and create customer profiles to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
• Use customer insights to recommend personalized strategies for nurturing and retaining business clients.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Identify target markets, customer acquisition channels, and pricing strategies
• Work closely with sales & marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales-related initiatives with overall business goals
• Track the impact of implemented changes and adjustments, and adjust strategies as needed

Requirements:

• A Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred with 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a eCommerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
