Business Analyst Job in Bangalore at Volvo Group India

Volvo is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work in close cooperation with the Product owner, Service designer and Solution architect of the team, to analysis, design, create and enhance the services in this emerging exiting area
• Be the voice of the customer and will together with our partners, customers and colleagues create the solution strategy and roadmap
• Be one of our main interfaces towards Volvo Group and work closely with different stakeholder
• Responsible to lead and partake in user, competitor & trend studies and document the result
  

Requirements:

• A university degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Several years of experience as Digital consultant, Business Analyst or User 
• Experience expert in an international environment.
• Experience from developing applications, as analyst, tester or developer is a merit
• Industry experience around logistics, electric vehicle charging, or electrical energy is not required but an advantage.
• Capable to drive and lead a pre-study of an initiative and do requirement break down .
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage many stakeholders.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners
• Great communication skills.
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
