Groww is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Conducting comprehensive data analysis using advanced SQL and Python (Pandas, Numpy, sci-kit-learn) to support business decisions and strategy.
- Developing and maintaining ETL pipelines, from sources such as APIs and Kafka, to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Delivering insightful reports and narratives, emphasizing storytelling to convey findings and recommendations clearly.
- Creating interactive and dynamic dashboards using Tableau and Data Studio to visualize data and track performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical solutions.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL is a must.
- Strong knowledge of Python, including libraries like Pandas, Numpy, and scikit-learn.
- Experience with ETL tools like Kafka, Pyspark, and Airflow, along with familiarity with API data interactions, is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of Product & Business Analytics.
- Experience with dashboard tools like Tableau and Data Studio.
- Knowledge of ML algorithms is a plus.
- Exceptional storytelling ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
