Business Analyst Job in Hyderabad at Head Digital Works

Head Digital Works is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Responsible for leading the adoption and implementation of retention automation and driving repeat usage & user retention through owned outreach/engagement channels
• Work within the performance marketing team and coordinate with the Product and content teams to deliver recommendations for customer engagement campaigns
• Provide valuable input into business cases based on in-depth data analysis and demonstrate how that analysis impacts key product metrics
• Perform extensive campaign analysis daily, weekly, and monthly to find growth opportunities
• Build and improve user segmentation that goes as an input to all Customer Retention Programs
• Track and drive Customer Retention Programs via data: Campaigns, Communications, Loyalty strategies, etc.

Requirements: 

• 3+ years of overall experience.
• Experience with tools like Clevertap, Webengage, Moengage, Mixpanel, Appsflyer, Apptimize, Localytics, Firebase, etc. will be preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
• Knowledge of Automation Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Email marketing, SMS marketing, push notifications, user segmentation and behavior
• Experience of 2-5 years preferably in a customer-facing role- Past experience in optimizing the customer funnel for increasing retention, especially of highly valuable customers
