Fiserv is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing client and stakeholder management.
• Collecting the requirements from the client, involved in the client discussion over email, phone, or chat, and assisted in the coordinated testing of the product with the client.
• Involved in the QA testing of the products.
• Owning the responsibility for the hands-on installation of new applications or application updates along with the initial support of these applications.
• Completing the implementation process in one of three ways; remotely installing the applications, walking the client through the installation, or installing the applications while on-site.
• Supporting clients during pre-production testing activities.
• Submitting requests for production activities.
• Supporting client for 1-2 weeks postproduction.

Requirements:

• Experience between 6 -15 years is required
• Need a person with a BA / QA Skillset
• Well-versed with US Banking Domain and Banking Products like Bank Operations which use Account Onboarding, Teller applications, Content management applications, New Account processing, and Item Processing
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• A person should be able to perform clarity audits, validations, housekeeping, data enrichment, internal support, and reporting for executives
• Primarily clarity admin/maintenance work with shorter transition time
• Exp in Clarity PPM or similar tools
