Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for projects, initiatives, or system enhancements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and observations to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to drive business decisions. Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks, and propose process improvements or reengineering strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and measure the impact of process enhancements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, developers, and senior management. Facilitate communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
