Capgemini is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Gather and document detailed data requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Map data attributes from the Enterprise Data Model (EDM) to consumer system needs and define transformation logic.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive data specification documents, including mappings and data quality rules.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to address EDM gaps and ensure accurate, consistent data delivery.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and communicate progress effectively to technical and business teams.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data modelling concepts.
- Experience with data transformation and data quality tools.
- Understanding of API integration and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery is a plus.
