Roles and Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document requirements.
• Prepare and Understands the project plan, performs stakeholder analysis and plans BA approach along with the help of Project manager as required.
• Ensure the solution is built as per customers requirements through UAT
• Create requirement documents, use cases/user scenarios, data and process flow diagrams based on the business need.
• Create wireframes to depict understanding of application flow.
• Lead requirement review sessions with the customer and with the team.
• Provide availability to the team to clarify requirements, perform desk checks and guidance w.r.t requirement implementation.
• Hands on experience in using tools to depict business processes, mind maps and wire framing.
• Candidate must have good presentation skills to lead/facilitate discussions.
• Candidate must have effective spoken and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in customer relationship management.
• Must understand basic technology terms about database, web services and web and mobile applications. Hands on experience in using tools to depict business processes, mind maps and wire framing.
