Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and improve business processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early professionals who want exposure to data analysis, business requirements, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from internal stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and improvement areas
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management
- Support product, tech, and operations teams with data-backed inputs
- Assist in defining process flows, SOPs, and user stories
- Track KPIs and business metrics
- Conduct basic market and competitor analysis
- Help in UAT testing and validation of new features
- Maintain documentation (BRDs, PRDs, meeting notes)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of data analysis and business metrics
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
