Business Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Shubham Housing Development Finance Company

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Support senior BAs and project managers in creating BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
• Conduct research and analyze data to identify business trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementation of business solutions.
• Participate in testing processes, including UAT, and document results.
• Maintain project documentation and track progress.
• Provide training to end-users and ongoing support for applications..

Required Competencies:

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in loan origination systems and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on leading LOS application like FinnOne, SalesForce, Pennant and so on
• Understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs, SQL
• Strong stakeholder communication.
