Genpact is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understanding the client requirements and handling projects end to end. 
• Strong understanding of Power BI and creating interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI. 
• Role requires analytical abilities to provide the best solution to client through visualization techniques. 
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies and provide excellent customer service. 
• Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment. 
• Combining data set from various sources systems and do data cleansing using Power Query 
• Analyzing data and turning it into actionable insights through visualization techniques. 
• Handling data modeling and integration. 

Requirements:

• Good understanding and experience of Power BI/ Power Query
• Should be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
• Hands on experience in MS Office Applications.
• Hands on experience in Microsoft power platform, Power App, Flow, MS forms.
