Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Agile Confluence Jira SAFE (Scaled Agile) framework Wealth - Business Analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for wealth management projects.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.
• Manage and prioritize project backlogs using Jira and Confluence tools.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align project goals.
• Develop detailed business analysis plans to support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of project documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance business processes.
• Ensure compliance with SAFE practices to maintain project integrity and quality.
• Lead workshops and meetings to drive consensus and resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators to management.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery and implementation.
• Support the development of training materials and user guides for new systems and processes.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing wealth management solutions that positively impact society.

Requirements:
