Motorola Solutions is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with stakeholders (product managers, pre-sales, sales, system architects and customer support) to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements and translate into commercial offers.
• Prioritize product features based on business impact, customer requested timeline and feasibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape, providing insights for product development and positioning.
• Collaborate with product managers to feed market and user trends for product roadmap.
• Analyze user data and product usage metrics, system performance, using various analytical tools to provide data-driven reports and recommendations.
• Develop user stories and use cases to help sales teams.
• Identify areas for process improvements, both within the software product and within the company's operational processes.
• Provide recommendations for solutions that enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the software or communication technology industry.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Dashboard).
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Knowledge of communication technologies or software products is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently or collaboratively.
