Cloud Analogy is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Requirement Gathering – Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Analysis & Documentation – Analyze business processes and translate them into functional and technical specifications with comprehensive documentation.
• Solution Design – Partner with Salesforce developers and architects to design scalable, effective solutions following Salesforce best practices.
• Configuration & Customization – Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and settings; provide guidance to developers on customizations.
• Data Management – Oversee data integrity, migration, and transformation, including mapping, cleansing, and validation.
• Testing & Quality Assurance – Develop and execute test plans, conduct UAT, and ensure solutions meet functional and quality standards.
• User Training & Support – Train end-users, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Change Management – Drive change adoption by facilitating communication, training, and transition planning.
• Reporting & Analytics – Create and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Integration – Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems.
• Stakeholder Communication – Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Compliance & Security – Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement – Stay current with Salesforce releases and industry best practices, recommending enhancements and optimizations.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in MCA
• 3-6 Month of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, configuration, and customization.
• Familiarity with Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Knowledge of data migration, integration tools, and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with reporting and dashboard creation.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA), and testing methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst certification (preferred).
