Cars24 is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Solution Design & Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop consumer-focused solutions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making recommendations for improvements.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilise data analytics tools to track key performance indicators and measure the success of business initiatives. Generate and present regular reports on performance metrics and actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business and other teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Typical business problems that you would be working on are Retail and Sales team performance maximisation, improving customer conversion, exploring avenues to increase revenue & margins, improving customer satisfaction rating, improving marketing ROI, etc

Requirements:

• Can-Do-Attitude: A positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments. We move fast!
• Result-oriented. Should be self-motivated to try new ideas & quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome.
• Expertise and hands-on with SQL, Tableau and MS Excel
• Ability to take end to end ownership: understanding the business expectation, deciding the approach, doing ETLs, data exploration, insights discovery, communication and driving solution implementation with business
• Love of working with data to discover actionable insights
