Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects, initiatives, or system enhancements.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
• Process Mapping: Document current business processes and workflows using tools such as flowcharts or process diagrams to identify inefficiencies and areas for optimization.
• Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and propose solutions that address business needs and align with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment on project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test cases and conduct testing to validate the functionality and effectiveness of proposed solutions before implementation.
• Change Management: Assist in managing change by providing support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new processes or systems.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, gathering feedback and making recommendations for further improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
