Yaali is hiring for the role of Business Analyst

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Should engage with business owners and customers to elicit and document business requirements.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Involve in business process analysis & mapping, project plan formulation, execution and implementation.
• Should be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users in a simple way and produce a documentation based on the findings.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure functional and non-functional requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
• Ability to Use the CRM to capture all the activities of Sales and update it appropriately at the right time.
• Collaborate with the current Zoho Partners and connect with other Zoho Partners who are interested in collab.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Diligent, self-starter and ability to do multitasking.
• Positive attitude and keen to learn new things.
• Knowledge about Zoho apps will be an added advantage.
