Zeta Global is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Update financial models by linking Closed Won sales to Income Statement revenue and other sales-driven metrics.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and forward-looking insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Sales Management, Business Unit Leaders, and Finance Leadership.
• Recommend relevant data sets for analytical projects and provide meaningful business insights.
• Design and implement data visualization techniques for exploration and decision-making.
• Lead operationalization and automation of complex data streams across multiple systems and data sets.
• Translate technical data insights into clear business language for stakeholders.
• Support and understand data models across multiple business lines.
• Understand interrelations in sales data based on organizational structure and sales processes.
• Perform data reconciliation and upload information into Salesforce and related data systems.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional business partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Analytics, or equivalent certification.
• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, modeling, and analytics.
• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred).
• Experience with data reconciliation and trend analysis.
• Ability to clarify the business meaning behind data to end users.
• Consideration of historical data while developing new analytics capabilities.
• Awareness of how business data evolves over time and ability to incorporate these changes in analysis and testing.
