Business Analyst Job in Bangalore at Snitch

Snitch is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Analyse traffic funnel to improve customer experience and conversion.
• Analyse Customer Behaviour to optimize targeting hence reducing spends this includes acquisition, retention, customer journey, demographics, CLTV.
• Optimize visibility, pricing strategies and discounting for products to get the extra crunch.
• Post campaign evaluation analyses what moved the needle and what didn’t.
• Cross team collaboration with production, design, QA team to create visibility using BI Tools.
• Forecasting trends, styles, EOQ to maximise cash flow
• Overlooking the data pipeline to ensure that every team has Accurate, Complete and Recent data to make daily decisions

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth consumer brand / start-up / agency.
• Strong command of Excel/Sheets, SQL, Python and at least one visualization tool.
• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, ROAS, CPM, CVR, CAC).
• Comfortable running growth experiments and interpreting A/B results.
• Experience with tools like Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, CleverTap is a plus.
