Nova Benefits is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Create and refine dashboards that track business metrics & OKRs across teams, as well as identify key levers that help push those metrics in the right direction
• Identify needle-moving levers for solving some of the critical challenges in operations and develop effective analytics-driven solutions to remedy them
• Assist the founders, product team and customer success team in research & analysis for various cross-functional projects that are designed to improve Nova’s overall business performance

Requirements:

• You have worked in a data-first company for a minimum of 1 year in full time capacity. Working with critical stakeholders/decision makers in the same industry is a plus.
• You are an expert in advance MS Excel, and understand SQL (PostgreSQL) enough to turnaround dashboards in hours; Coding knowledge in languages like Python is a plus
• You are excellent in structuring complicated real-life business problems using first principles thinking and deeply leverage data to support them
• You are willing to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment, constantly facing ambiguous situations that demand high ownership, strong resilience, and agility
• You are an effective communicator who can effortlessly distill complex information into simple insights and convey them across diverse, cross-functional teams
