Business Analyst Job in PAN India at Revolt

Revolt is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing the Axiom platform end to end, including workflow execution, file configurations, debugging, and resolving solution/data/platform issues
• Leading and supporting Axiom implementations for new entities and regulatory reports, ensuring scalable and compliant solutions
• Administering Axiom workflows and templates, including mapping object changes, maintaining workflows, and building custom reports
• Maintaining platform security by managing user groups and assigning permissions based on entity and geography
• Coordinating with internal and external technology teams to resolve user issues and deliver timely platform fixes
• Supporting software upgrades and platform enhancements to improve performance and reliability
• Translating business goals into structured business requirements and functional specifications
• Developing and maintaining documentation and playbooks to support repeatable, scalable delivery
• Planning and executing UAT, including creating test cases and validating outcomes with stakeholders
• Assisting global regulatory teams with regulatory reporting (e.g., COREP, FINREP)
• Collaborating across Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure alignment and delivery
• Performing gap analyses, identifying root causes, and escalating risks where appropriate

Requirements:

• Experience maintaining cloud-based Axiom installations, including managing platform/solution upgrade cycles and workflow orchestration
• Experience designing and building custom (freeform) reports in Axiom and workflows for calculation and aggregation of input data
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis and report validation
• Financial product knowledge, including a detailed understanding of trade/transaction lifecycles and regulatory requirements
• Proven experience documenting business requirements and writing functional specifications
• Experience with regulatory reporting, particularly EBA reporting frameworks like COREP and FINREP
• A track record of performing UAT, preparing detailed test cases, and working with developers and business users to ensure a smooth implementation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
