• Interpret financial and operational data to support process optimization and revenue improvement
• Create and present business plans based on data-backed recommendations

Requirements:

• Proven ability to perform comprehensive business analysis and data interpretation
• Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries and optimizing database performance
• Experience in applying change management within data-driven projects
• Familiarity with business simulation tools to test proposed improvements
• Skilled in identifying organisational needs and designing practical, data-driven solutions
• Comfort with interpreting financial statements and understanding healthcare-related KPI
