Genpact is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities:

• Able to handle and analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights. 
• Automate data processes and ensure data quality and integrity. 
• Mentor junior analysts. 
• Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies 
• Provide excellent customer service by showcasing customer centric behavior 
• Demonstrate ability to think critically 
• Showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment 

Minimum Qualifications 

• Any Tech graduate or post graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record 
• Proficient in Advanced Excel 
• Strong communication and analytical skills 
• Presentation Skills 
• Problem-solving abilities 
• Attention to detail 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills (One or more of what’s mentioned below) 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Query and Power platform 
• Expertise in Data Visualization Tool like Power BI, Tableau is nice to have 
• Prior Experience in Python Coding or SQL is preferred 
• Prior Experience in Front End Development (HTML, CSS) 
• AWS or Azure
