Business Analyst Job in Faridabad at Extension Erp

Job Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal teams.
• Assist in developing process flows, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Development, to ensure project success.
• Support in CRM implementation projects, especially Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and other business tools.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and business presentations.
• Ensure smooth communication between business and technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of business processes, data analytics, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, or any BI tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, etc.) is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Exposure to Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, or other CRM tools.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization and reporting.
• Internship or academic project experience in business analysis.
