Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Customer Requirements Gathering and Engagement
• Interface with client engagement partners to understand RFP/RFI requirements.
• Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, and features.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities.
• Engage with internal teams (project managers, pre-sales, tech leads, architects) for RFP/RFI responses.
• Communicate financial and operational impact of changes.
• Conduct periodic meetings with customers for feedback and solution refinement.
• Demonstrate and present proposed solutions/prototypes.
• Maintain customer relationships for business integration and lead generation.
• Ensure ongoing feedback for service/product improvement.
• Engagement with Delivery Team
• Provide customer feedback to the delivery team on proposed solutions.
• Review test cases to ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis before presenting solutions to customers.
• Facilitate new change requests as per customer needs.
• Support QA team with periodic testing and timely feedback.
• Conduct integration testing and user acceptance demos.
• Use data modeling for analysis and improvement design.
• Ensure 100% utilization by understanding business specifications.
• Stitch the entire response/solution for RFP/RFI before presenting to the customer.
• Support Project Manager/Delivery Team
• Define and plan project milestones, phases, and key elements.
• Challenge and refine delivery team assumptions on execution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and timely deliverables.
• Build Domain Expertise and Contribute to Knowledge Repository
• Engage with other BAs to share expertise and increase domain knowledge.
• Write whitepapers, research papers, and points of view.
• Identify and create use cases for different projects/accounts.
• Conduct market research to provide updated inputs into projects for customer delight.
