Business Analyst Job in Gurgaon at Macquarie

Macquarie is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with Business Subject Matter Experts to understand processes and conduct workshops for future-state planning.
• Elicit and document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping.
• Perform as-is/to-be gap analysis and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of financial markets, including stock borrow lending and securities lending.
• Knowledge of investment banking processes, trading, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with financial products such as equities, bonds, and derivatives.
• Proficiency in SQL for database querying, advanced Excel skills, and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Dataiku, Power BI).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum), Confluence, JIRA, and risk management practices.
• High attention to detail for accurate analysis and documentation.
