Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, especially US healthcare.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology, regulations (such as HIPAA), compliance standards, and industry trends.
• Understanding of key processes within US healthcare, including:
  • Claims management
  • RCM
  • Provider onboarding
  • Provider credentialing
  • PBM

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or an MBA.
• Experience as a business analyst with a track record of successful completion of complex and mid-to-large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation in healthcare, including:
  • Creating PDD, SDD, BRD
  • Calculating CBA
  • Identifying automation opportunities
• Knowledge of testing automation solutions, including creating test cases, testing scenarios, and quality assurance.
• Proficient in process mapping using tools like Visio.
• Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Strong critical reasoning and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to develop elegant user stories, use cases, and well-defined functional specifications for software solutions.
• Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and diverse teams to meet project goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for managing US stakeholders.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end projects through Agile-based SDLC.
