Business Analyst Job in Noida at Paytm

Paytm is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• As a Business Analyst for Paytm Collections, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects for the Collections team.
• You will work closely with the business team to understand their requirements and translate them into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for the Product team.
• You will also be responsible for project planning, prioritization, and tracking the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
• Strong project management skills, including developing and managing project plans, prioritizing tasks, and tracking progress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in market research and analysis is a plus
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
